We would like to introduce an example of a gapless fitting cover made through precision sheet metal processing. This product consists of two parts: a case and a cover. The outer edge surfaces are not parallel, and ideally, a dedicated mold would be required. However, we added a unique process to the slanted parts and completed the bending process without manufacturing a mold. <Points> - Bending that includes slanted elements was produced using only standard molds. - Fitting correction for the case and cover. The case and cover are fitting components, and the drawings specify "no gaps at the fitting parts." After manufacturing each part individually, we adjusted the fitting gaps one by one to complete the assembly. This correction requires advanced processing technology.
